The Allewie Queen LED bed has a distinctive silhouette: a low, curved black frame with a strip of light across the headboard. It can be the focal point of a modern bedroom without turning the whole room into a light show. The most inviting pairings give that glossy, dark outline some softer company: textured bedding, warm wood and a restrained color palette.
This review covers the Black / Queen version, ASIN B0BQ73W1VT, model AK-8736-2-BQ. Specifications and the offer’s return information were checked on September 26, 2026. Other sizes and colors should be checked separately.
Three ways to style the curved black bed
A hotel-inspired room with charcoal and ivory
Pair charcoal bedding with ivory pillows and a textured cream throw. Choose simple nightstands and one generously sized artwork rather than several small pieces around the headboard. Let the LED strip be an accent; a shaded bedside lamp gives the room another, less theatrical layer of light.
Soft modern with pale wood and linen tones
Light oak-toned furniture and oatmeal bedding soften the black faux leather. Repeat the curved shape once, perhaps in a rounded mirror or ceramic lamp, instead of matching every piece of furniture. A low-pile rug with a quiet pattern can add texture while allowing the bed’s outline to remain visible.
A fall bedroom in muted plum, rust and cream
Keep your everyday bedding and add a muted plum cushion with a rust or cinnamon throw. A small amber vase on the dresser carries the warm color across the room. You do not need pumpkins on every surface: the textiles can do most of the seasonal work. See our fall bedroom decorating ideas for more combinations.
What the Black / Queen listing specifies
- Overall footprint: 91.34 inches long × 66.54 inches wide. The seller’s Queen diagram gives a headboard height of 25.2–25.98 inches. These are frame measurements, not the mattress size or finished sleeping height.
- Headboard adjustment: the listed height range is only 0.78 inch. This is not a tall adjustable headboard or a powered adjustable mattress base.
- Materials: faux leather upholstery with wood slats and metal support described in the listing. It is not represented here as genuine leather or an all-solid-wood frame.
- Mattress support: the seller describes Queen-size support without a box spring. Confirm your mattress maker’s foundation requirements and the seller’s recommended mattress thickness before ordering.
- Listed capacity: 800 pounds. The checked information does not clarify how mattress weight is counted within that limit; ask the seller if this affects your choice.
LED lighting and the headboard ledge
The seller describes seven colors and 27 lighting modes, with app control. That offers styling choices, but does not establish brightness, long-term reliability or compatibility with a particular smart-home system. Music synchronization was not established in the checked specifications and is not a feature to assume.
The headboard includes a small ledge that the seller suggests for items such as a phone or watch. Its usable depth and load limit were not established. Treat it as a small convenience, not a replacement for a full bedside table or a bed with storage drawers.
Practical trade-offs before you order
The curved frame is longer and wider than the mattress it surrounds. In a compact bedroom, that sculptural shape uses floor space that a straighter frame might leave open. Its low profile also deserves consideration if you prefer a taller bed; the final mattress-top height depends on the mattress and support arrangement.
The listing describes coded assembly pieces in one box. Set aside time to check the parts and follow the supplied instructions rather than relying on a promised assembly time. The current care table says wipe with a dry cloth. Follow the included guidance for the upholstery and electrical components. Seller claims about quiet use, reduced dust or mattress longevity are not guarantees of how the bed will perform in your home.
Check the return terms as well as the style
The selected offer was labeled non-returnable on September 26, 2026. Its product-specific explanation said damaged or defective arrivals may qualify for a refund or replacement request through Your Orders, with photographic evidence. That is not a general change-of-mind return promise. Read the current offer’s terms and ask about any uncertainty before purchasing; do not rely on the generic return-policy text farther down the listing.
This bed makes the most sense when its curved black outline and LED accent are features you actively want. If you prefer a quieter silhouette, taller headboard or substantial built-in storage, compare other options in our bedroom decorating articles.
